We deliver within Slovenia for €4.50. Cash on delivery costs an additional €1. For international delivery, email [email protected].
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Estimated delivery within Slovenia is 2–4 working days. Delivery may take longer during promotions or busy periods.
WHEN IS DELIVERY FREE?
Delivery within Slovenia is free on orders over €70. The €1 cash-on-delivery fee still applies when delivery is free.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE DIGITAL PDF?
The digital PDF will be sent to the email address used at checkout within 24 hours of purchase. No physical delivery is needed.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Email [email protected] for return instructions.
CAN I RETURN SOCKS?
Yes. Return the socks unworn, clean and in their original packaging. Before returning, email [email protected] and we will send you the next steps.
CAN I RETURN A DIGITAL PRODUCT?
For questions or withdrawal from a digital purchase, email [email protected]. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies unless all legal conditions for losing that right have been met. See our terms.

WHICH PRO 2.0 SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Available sizes are EU 34–38, 38.5–43.5 and 44–48. Choose the range that includes your usual shoe size. All pairs in a three- or five-pair pack are the same size.
HOW DO I CARE FOR PRO 2.0 GRIP SOCKS?
Wash in cold water with similar colours. Do not bleach. Air dry to help preserve their shape and grip.
WHICH CHAPTER ONE SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Chapter One has an oversized fit. Choose your usual size for an oversized look. The model is 187 cm tall, weighs approximately 90 kg and wears L. Sizes M, L and XL are available.
WHAT ARE PRO 2.0 GRIP SOCKS MADE OF?
55% cotton · 35% nylon · 7% elastane · 3% polyester. Silicone grip elements cover the sole and heel.

You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery in Slovenia costs an additional €1.
